Q: Where do we meet?
A: My preferred method is Zoom. But I have also used google meet or discord if you are not a fan of zoom.
Q: How does the meeting work?
A: Zoom or google meet will allow you to share your computer screen with me. From there I will guide you step by step on whatever it is you would like to do.
Q: How did you decide your pricing?
A: An experienced crypto tutor like me is extremely hard to find. In addition, I take on a lot of responsibility when I help you with your crypto one on one. Crypto is no joke and a single mistake could lose all your money. I take this very seriously and treat your money as if it was mine. You are in safe hands with me.
Q: Can I get a recording of the meeting?
A: Yes, for $100 extra I will record the meeting and send it to you. (Recording is only available when done through zoom.)
Q: Why is the recording $100 extra?
A: A recording is uncommon and adds additional time that I put in after our meeting to prepare and send to you.
Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: As long as you let me know 24 hours before, we are all good. Otherwise there will be a $100 fee to reschedule.
Q: What if I’m late?
A: I will wait up to 15 minutes, if you do not show, the meeting is cancelled.
Q: What if I’m late or dissatisfied with our meeting? Can I get a refund?
A: I have a no refund policy. However, don’t worry, I have never gotten a bad review, so you are guaranteed to get the help you need.
Q: How should I prepare for our meeting?
A: Make sure your zoom is updated, you know how to turn on your microphone and camera, and there will be no technical difficulties during our meeting. This time will not be excluded, if you have technical difficulties and part of our meeting is wasted, that is on you to make sure it doesn’t happen.
Q: How can I make the most of our meeting?
A: Once you book your meeting, email me at bencryptohelp@gmail.com explaining in as much detail as possible what it is you need help with. This will save a considerable amount of time and allow me be 100% prepared to help you as efficiently as possible.
Q: Do I need to sign a disclaimer?
A: Yes, before we can meet, you will need to sign a disclaimer form.
Q: How soon can we meet?
A: As soon as you book the meeting, I will help you as soon as possible.

Q: I want your help, but I don’t know if the one hour meeting is for me, are there any other options?
A: Yes, if you go to thecryptoacademy.win, you can join the waitlist for my course and Patreon that will be released sometime in August – September 2024. The course will provide you all of my crypto knowledge in a easy to follow format. The patreon will be a way to interact with me on a weekly group call and 24/7 group chat. Otherwise, you can try to contact me through Twitter, or YouTube, but I can not guarantee a response.
